水稻秸秆腐解菌的选育及其腐熟效果研究

    Study on breeding of strains for staw degradation and its composting effect

    • 摘要: 为得到高纤维素酶活的菌株袁采用离子束诱变和60Co 诱变袁对绿色木霉M100726进行诱变育种袁得到菌株R16-1袁其CMCase 酶活比出发菌株M100726提高46.5%曰研究了用绿色木霉R16-1与黑曲霉配制的腐熟剂对水稻秸秆的腐熟能力袁结果表明袁与空白对照相比袁该腐熟剂能显著促进霉菌的定殖与扩繁袁加速秸秆的腐熟袁秸秆C/N尧断裂拉力尧残留率均有显著差异遥

       

      Abstract: When Trichoderma viride M100726 was mutated by ion implantation and 60Co mutagenesis to breed with high level cellulase, a strain named R16-1 which CMCase activity increased by 46.5% than the original strain M100726 was screened. the decomposing ability of construct inoculants made of R16-1 and an other strain (Aspergillus niger) was studied. Compared with the control, this inoculants could significantly promote colonization and propagation of mycete, accelerated the decomposition of straw; c/n, breaking power of rice straw and straw residual rate also had significant difference.
