Abstract: Dairy farming is the source of dairy supply chain. In order to promote the healthy development of dairy industry, the traceability of dairy farming plays a crucial role in the establishment of the entire dairy traceability system. The entire dairy supply chain was analyzed, and the information that traceability system need record was extracted by a detailed analysis of all aspects of dairy cow breeding, traceability process map of the entire dairy supply chain and map of the system function were designed. Furthermore, according to the actual needs of enterprises, taking supply chain as the perspective, a tracing mode was proposed based on the DHI system, Alpro system and ERP system.
