Abstract: In order to further analyze the diversification of amphibian in 5 natural reserves in Guangxi and monitor the ecological environment of the conservation, based on the list of amphibian in the 5 natural reserves in Guangxi, family, genus and species of amphibian were analyzed by Sorenson index and G-F index. The result showed that, the G-index (DG), F-index (DF) and G-F index (DG-F) in Yuanbaoshan Natural Reserve, Maoershan Natural Reserve, Cenwanglaoshan Natural Reserve, Nonggang Natural Reserve and Longtan Natural Reserve were 2.8144, 3.9577, 0.2889; 2.8521, 3.9831, 0.2840; 2.5709, 3.5835, 0.2826; 2.5383, 3.4516, 0.2469, 2.2481, 2.2691, 0.0093, respectively. The results well reflect the family and genus diversity of amphibian in the 5 natural reserves in Guangxi, and provide basis for biological diversity conservation and construction in the 5 natural reserves.
