玉米秸秆与水果废弃物不同比例混合发酵产气特性研究

摘要: 以玉米秸秆混合不同比例的废弃苹果果浆为发酵原料,接种一定量的厌氧污泥,在3℃左右的条件下进行厌氧发酵,研究玉米秸秆与水果废弃物不同配比混合发酵的产气特性。结果表明:在50 d的发酵过程中,一定范围内随苹果果浆添加比例的增大,所产沼气总量逐渐升高,但沼气中甲烷含量有所降低;苹果果浆与玉米秸秆比例为2:3时(二者TS比0.11、VS比0.12),总TS浓度10.85%时,二者混合发酵产气效果最佳,所产气体中甲烷含量为51.22%。Abstract: The charicaristics of anaerobic fermentation was studied on corn stalk mixed with fruit pulps in different ratio at 38℃. The results showed that biogas production increased with the rising of fruit pulps ratio in certain scope during fermenting in 50 days, but the methane content decreased in biogas. The optimum ferment ratio of fruit pulps to corn stalk was 2:3 (TS ratio 0.11, VS ratio 0.12), the total TS concentration was 10.85%. The methane content in biogas production was 51.22%.
