Abstract: Using the method of exploratory spatial data analysis (ESDA) of global and local autocorrelation analysis, based on the data of per capita gross agricultural output value and per capita income of farmers each county in Hebei province from 2002 to 2011, this paper analyses the temporal-spatial variation of the agricultural economy in Hebei province. The results showed that: county agricultural economic indicators has a positive spatial correlation properties in Hebei province, and exhibits strong characteristics of spatial agglomeration, and per capita gross agricultural output value with respect to changes in the per capita net income of farmers time obviously. Finally, this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions of the formation of reasonable distribution of agricultural economy complex and accelerating the transfer of rural land for promoting the balanced development of the agricultural economy in Hebei province.
