Abstract: A farmland information text message sending platform based on Web and GSMtechnology is proposed袁which comprehensively uses B/S structure, JSP (Java Server Pages) language and an open source framework SSH (spring+struts2+hibernate) with the MyEclipse platform. By using this platform, the farmland information can be sent in time and the agricultural managers can take measures. Therefore,costs can be reduced, and crop production can be increased. The platform is tested on software and hardware environment. The result shows that the platformis credible, universal and adaptable.
