Abstract: Using single factor experiment with randomized block design, pig manure, urea, compound fertilizers were applied on Circle-leaf amaranth nitrate accumulation and quality in this experiment. The result indicates the accumulation of nitrate in amaranth applied with pig manure and mixture of urea and compound fertilizers markedly increased yield, decreased nitrate content and improved quality of amaranth.
