Abstract: To explore the rational application of different organic fertilizer in zhengan tobacco-growing area, three fertilization treatments of each 300kg/hm2,600 kg/hm2 and 900kg/hm2 were set up by homemade and commodity organic fertilizer. Tobacco economic characters, chemical composition, aroma components and smoking quality were analyzed. The effect of flue-cured tobacco yield and quality by different fertilizer treatment was compared. The result showed that tobacco best economic characters were rate 600 kg/hm2 of Homemade and commodity organic fertilizer application. The better smoking quality was rate 300~600 kg/hm2 of homemade organic fertilizer application, or rate 600 kg/hm2 of commodity organic fertilizer application. The more appropriate chemical composition was rate 900 kg/hm2 of Homemade and commodity organic fertilizer application. The effect of flue-cured tobacco main characters by two kinds of organic fertilizer and the influence of both organic manure application cost were considered, homemade and commodity organic fertilizer with 600 kg/hm2 was more appropriate.
