猫儿屎内生真菌分离鉴定及抑菌活性研究

    Isolation, identification and antimicrobial activities of endophytic fungi from Decaisnea fargesii Franch.

    • 摘要: 以新鲜猫儿屎为材料,采用组织分离法从其茎、叶、果实中分离内生真菌,采用形态学方法进行初步鉴定;采用滤纸片法测定猫儿屎内生真菌次生代谢产物的抑菌活性。从猫儿屎的茎、叶和果实中共分离出91 株内生真菌,分别属于6目7科15 属;曲霉属为优势种属,占总量的32%;91 株内生真菌具有不同程度的抑菌活性,菌种DS37、DS58、DL06 和DL14 的抑菌活性较强。结果表明,猫儿屎内生真菌种类具有多样性,次生代谢产物具有广泛的抑菌活性。

       

      Abstract: Endophytic fungi were isolated from the stem, leaf and fruit of Decaisnea fargesii Franch., and then morphologically identified; the antimicrobial activities were screened by paper sheet method. 91 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from Decaisnea fargesii Franch., they were identified as 6 orders, 7 families, 15 genus. Aspergillus was the dominant species, accounting for 32 % of the total. Almost 91 strains presented antimicrobial activities, DS37, DS58, DL06 and DL14 has a strong antimicrobial activity. Endophytic fungi exist in Decaisnea fargesii Franch. have a variety of species, their secondary metabolites with a wide range of antimicrobial activity.
