不同光照水平对云雾“鸟王”茶氨基酸及酶的影响

    Effect on enzymes and amino acid of Yunwu “Niaowang” tea under different light conditions

    • 摘要: 通过选取相近海拔高度的阳坡、阴坡、半阳半阴坡和林下4种不同光照条件,以云雾"鸟王"茶实生茶树鲜叶为研究对象,分析各种光照条件下氨基酸含量和酶活性的影响。结果表明:氨基酸的含量在阴坡处理显著低于其他处理,阳坡、林下、半阳半阴坡处理之间差异不显著;MDA含量在4种光照处理下差异不显著;SOD活性在阴坡处理显著低于其他处理,阳坡、林下、半阳半阴坡处理之间差异不显著;CAT活性在半阳半阴坡、阴坡处理下显著高于阳坡处理,与林下处理之间差异不显著;POD活性在阳坡处理下显著高于阴坡处理,与林下和半阳半阴坡处理之间差异不显著。光照对于茶叶生长最有利的条件顺序为半阴半阳>阳坡>林下>阴坡。

       

      Abstract: Selecting fresh leaves of the yu-wu"niao-wang"tea as the research object, analyze the effect of amino acids and Enzymes activity under sunny, shade, semi-shade and undergrowth different light conditions in similar altitude. The results show that: the content of amino acid in shade is lower than others significantly, sunny, undergrowth, semi-shade are not significant difference; the content of MDA in four light conditions are not significant difference; the activity of SOD in shade is lower than others significantly, sunny,undergrowth, semi-shade are not significant difference; the activity of CAT in semi-shade, shade are higher than sunny significantly ,which are not significant difference between undergrowth; the activity of POD in sunny is higher than shade significantly, which are not significant difference between semi-shade and undergrowth. Light for tea growth the most advantageous conditions order: semi-shade >sunny > undergrowth >shade.
