Abstract: It is necessary to cultivate skilled and capable peasant during we develop modern agriculture and new village. The peasanthas much demand on training, but the supply can爷t match it, for the less input from government. As the peasant training belongs to public goods, government should undertake more responsibility. More input, making institution more suitable, training mode innovation, all these methods are good to increase the peasant training supply.
