Abstract: Quality and safety of agricultural products supply chain is a complicated process system. This article used the theory of the process system and its reliability to analyse the combined effects of people-machine-environment on agricultural products quality and safety of supply chain. Based on the comprehensive of process system, this article put forward several operational strategies to improve the reliability of agricultural products quality and safety of supply chain from the perspective of talent training, supply chain models innovation,technical supporting, technology standards uniting, traceability system constructing, improving regulatory regime and overall optimal.
