Abstract: The meaning of agricultural modernization is being adjusted with times changing and economy development, and there should be differences by regional characteristics and agricultural comparative advantages. Guangxi province in China and the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) both have their natural resource advantages in agricultural development, but agricultural is still facing new opportunities and challenges under the global economic integration background. This research is going to discuss facilitating agricultural modernization development and renew the meaning of agricultural by developing agricultural comparative advantages and building regional agricultural cooperation based on data analysis.
