Abstract: In recent years, the studies about plant allelochemicals are attracting more attention. The most plant allelochemicals will eventually be into the soil, so the soil micro ecological environment is closely related to plant allelopathy. In this paper, the author summarized the interaction between the soil microorganisms and plant allelopathy. Two sides were reported, one was the function of the soil microorganisms on the allelochemicals activity and transformation, and another one was the effect on soil microorganisms growth,activity, community diversity with the plant allelopathy. The result will help to explore the mechanism of affection of the plant allelopathy.
