入侵植物紫茎泽兰的抗烟草花叶病毒活性研究

    Study on the anti-TMV activity of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng

    • 摘要: 为综合治理及利用入侵植物紫茎泽兰,采用半叶枯斑法研究了紫茎泽兰不同部位提取物的抗烟草花叶病毒活性。结果表明,根、茎、叶和花的提取物均具有一定的抗烟草花叶病毒活性。其中,根、茎、叶提取物的活性较强,当浓度为10mg/mL时均显示了中等的抑制活性,抑制率为50%左右;花提取物的活性相对较弱。这是首次对紫茎泽兰的抗烟草花叶病毒活性进行报道,扩展了植物源TMV抑制剂筛选的范围,为综合利用入侵植物紫茎泽兰提供了更广阔的思路。

       

      Abstract: In order to make use of Eupatorium adenophorum comprehensively, the anti -TMV activity of E. adenophorum was screened for the first time. The anti-TMV activity of different extracts of E. adenophorum was studied by half-leaf method. The results revealed that the extracts of root, stem, leaf and flower all showed anti-TMV activity in some degree. The anti-TMV activity of root, stem and leaf extracts was strong, when the concentration of root, stem and leaf extracts was 10 mg/mL, they showed moderate activity with the inhibition rate about 50%. Relatively, the anti-TMV activity of flower extract was weak. The present works will provide a base for the further exploration of the invasive plant E. adenophorum comprehensively.
