Abstract: Taking the mid and upper sections of about 40 years old Comellia gauchowensis Chang semi-lignified branches as the cuttings, the cutting orthogonal experiments of cutting medium, ABT6 levels, the number of buds and the remained leaves 4 factors and 3 levels were carried out. The results showed that: cutting medium, the number of buds and the remained leaves extremely affected survival rate, 4 factors impact were extremely significant differences on the cutting sprout rate, and significant difference. The best treatment of C.gauchowensis Chang cutting seedling was: yellow soil cutting medium, ABT6 level was 500 mg/L and quick dip in 10 s, the cuttings selected 1 mature bud and kept 2 whole leaves.
