Abstract: The sweet-potato industry is one of the important agricultural industry in Guangdong, Placed 5th in the major crops output of Guangdong, and has a large consumption. In recent years, the scientific and technological innovation of sweet-potato continue to promote, the sown area and yield of sweet-potato keeps in steady, but the regional distribution of planting is gradually evolving and the price is also in a state of change. To promote the healthy development of sweet-potato industry, we analyzed the sweet-potato industry present conditions and the problems in Guangdong, and put forward the countermeasure proposal on the sweet -potato industry of Guangdong based on analysis.
