肠道短链脂肪酸产生机制及生理功能的研究进展

    Research progress on producing mechanism and physiological functions of intestinal short chain fatty acids

    • 摘要: 人体内短链脂肪酸主要由未消化吸收的的碳水化合物经结肠厌氧菌酵解产生,主要包括乙酸、丙酸、丁酸。短链脂肪酸在结肠腔内不仅可作为肠粘膜细胞的主要能量来源,还可以减少促炎因子的生成,降低结肠炎症的发生;更重要的是,短链脂肪酸对肿瘤细胞的增殖能起到抑制作用,并诱导肿瘤细胞的分化和凋亡,降低癌变的机率。对短链脂肪酸的产生机制、吸收代谢及肠道内的生理功效进行概述,为临床营养实践提供依据。

       

      Abstract: Short chain fatty acids such as acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid in human body are mainly produced by anaerobic glycolysis colon from un-digested carbohydrates. Short chain fatty acids in the colonic lumen can not only be used as the main energy source of the intestinal mucosal cells, but also reduce the generation of pro-inflammatory cytokines and colitis. What's more, the short chain fatty acids can play a role in inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, inducing tumor cell differentiation and apoptosis, as well as decreasing carcinogenesis probability. This paper introduced the producing mechanism of short chain fatty acids.The metabolism and physiology functions of short chain fatty acids were also summarized.
