Abstract: Scale efficiency is one of the most important indicators which measure effectiveness of agricultural management. According to the data of Chinese agricultural management from 2004 to 2011, the agriculture management scale and production factors allocation efficiency were measured and analyzed by using the BCC model and the CCR model of the DEA analysis method. We found the provincial differences of agricultural scale efficiency were clear and redundancy phenomenon of the factors of production input widespread existed. Finally，some suggestions are proposed，such as appropriate scale agriculture management and transforming agriculture from traditional management to professional management.
