Abstract: To study the effect of physicochemical properties and form factor of rice yield by using soil conditioner on paddy soil in Hainan，using the completely random design to make arrangement of the rice field plot experiment. Compared with no soil conditioner processing, the used could increase soil pH value and soil porosity, reduce soil bulk density. It also could improve the grains per spike and tiller number significantly. The most obvious effect of increasing yield of rice was using 600 kg fertilizer and 375 kg soil conditioner per hectare. Soil conditioner could promote soil health, and the aplication of most soil conditioner made the most optimal improvement effect.
