响应面法优化精密排种器性能检测试验设计

    Response surface methodology for optimization of precision metering performance testing design

    • 摘要: 应用响应面法优化精播排种器性能检测试验设计。采用二次正交旋转组合设计试验,以合格指数为响应值,进行2因素5 水平的响应面分析,建立二次回归模型,分析各因素对响应值的效应关系。优化后获得试验条件为:转速42 r/min,气压472mmH2O,在此条件下测得合格指数为94.8712,与模型预测值92.7688基本相符。试验表明,二次正交旋转组合设计结合响应面法可用于排种器性能检测试验的优化和分析。

       

      Abstract: The performance detection experiments of the metering device was designed and optimized by response surface method (RSM) in this paper. A quadratic regression model describing qualified index as a function of 2 factors was created based on a 5-level quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design, the relationship of the various factors on the response value was analyzed. The optimal experiment conditions were found as follows: rotational speed of 42 r/min and atmospheric pressure of 472 mm H2O. Under the optimal conditions, the qualified index of the experimental test was 94.8712, the model predicted value was 92.7688, which was basically consistent. The experiments showed that the quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design combined with the response surface method was suitable for the optimization and analysis of the metering device performance testing experiments.
