Abstract: In order to improve the stability and development of agriculture product processing enterprise supply chain, the dissertation designs ecological model, from the perspective of ecological Logistics, management logistics, ecological capital, the dissertation elaborates the contents of the model, and designs the BPR and TOC Integrated Method to accelerate the ecological process of the supply chain.
