微生物发酵工艺优化研究进展

    Research advances in microbial fermentation process optimization

    • 摘要: 综合分析了微生物发酵优化工艺中影响发酵产物生成的各种相关因素,包括培养基组分中碳源、氮源、无机盐、微量元素等的作用,以及发酵条件如温度、pH值、溶氧、接种量等对发酵结果的影响,总结了目前国内外常用的几种工艺优化方法及研究进展。在对现有研究初步总结的基础上指出,合理运用优化方法,对微生物发酵的过程进行优化,可有效提高生产效率并推动产业化应用。

       

      Abstract: In this article, different factors that infect the production of microorganism during the phase of fermentation optimization were discussed, including the influence of using diverse carbon source, nitrogen source and mineral salt in the medium, and different fermentation conditions such as temperature, pH value, dissolved oxygen and innoculation quantity. We summarized the fermentation optimization methods used at home and abroad during these years, and indicated that rational use of fermentation optimization can effectively improve the efficiency and promote the industry application.
