Abstract: As the carbon trading system is about to take place in Guangdong province first, low-carbon policy and carbon trading is about to urge all enterprises in China to develop in a better way. To evaluate the impact of low-carbon policy on agricultural economics, this paper taken Tobin's Q to stand for company evaluation, and analyzed the impact on European listed companies. The result showed that low-carbon policy was good for the development of enterprises.
