Abstract: As the rapid development of economy and the improvement of living standard of Guangdong province, livestock and poultry industry has became the main reasons of agriculture pollution and an important factor affecting the safety of water environment of Guangdong province. The pollution status of livestock and poultry industry in Guangdong province was analyzed. Focus on the demand of total emission reduction of livestock and poultry industry in Guangdong province, the emission reduction measures of total emission were proposed on the aspects of policy guidance, environmental management, cleaner production and end treatment. Integrated treatment and resource utilization technology which were feasible and suitable for livestock and poultry waste in local areas were recommended for environmental protection and agriculture departments.
