Abstract: In order to get known of the current situation of protection of farmers’land rights in different areas of China, this study made a comparison of it in different regions of China based on the data of 890 farmers through a sampling survey of 26 provinces, also compared different provinces with the application of principal component analysis. The results showed that the rights of land use lacked stability; the enforcement of land transfer rights was still inadequate; the usufruct of agricultural management and circulation had a basic guarantee; the usufruct of land requisition was seriously damaged.
