紫外分光光度法测定恩诺沙星纳米乳含量方法的建立

    Determination of enrofloxacin nanoemulsion content by UV spectrophotometry

    • 摘要: 建立紫外分光光度法测定恩诺沙星纳米乳药物含量的方法。恩诺沙星溶液在2.0~7.5 μg/mL检测浓度范围内线性关系良好,标准曲线方程为Y=0.1058X+0.0074(r=0.9997),最低检测限浓度为0.025 μg/mL;精密度试验的RSD 为1.02%;平均回收率为99.67(±1.70)%,RSD 为1.71%;吸光度值在36 h 内无显著变化;重复性试验的RSD 为0.75%。利用建立的方法,测得恩诺沙星纳米乳中恩诺沙星的含量为115.50 g/L。结果表明,该方法的精密度、回收率、稳定性和重复性均符合要求,可作为恩诺沙星纳米乳中间产品生产过程中的质量控制方法。

       

      Abstract: The aim of this paper was to establish an UV spectrophotometry method for the determination of enrofloxacin content in enrofloxacin nanoemulsion. A good linearity was obtained for enrofloxacin in the range of 2.0~7.5 ug/mL and the standard curvilinear equation was Y =0.1058X+0.0074 (r=0.9997). The lowest detectable limit concentration was 0.025 ug/mL. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the precision test was 1.02%, the average recovery rate and its RSD was 99.67(依1.70)% and 1.71%,respectively. The absorbance value was no significant change in 36 h and RSD of the repetitiveness test was 0.75%. The mass concentration of enrofloxacin was 115.50 g/L in the preparation of enrofloxacin nanoemulsion. The precision, recovery rate, stability and repetitiveness were all consistent with the request. The method could be used for the quality control of enrofloxacin nanoemulsion.
