Abstract: The study on the data over last 10 years in Gansu province indicated that, the transfer of rural surplus labor force lags behind the rate of serious decline in the share of agricultural output speed in Gansu province, educational level of labor was too low, the transfer of rural labor force focuses on the vast territory on the western side, from employment sectors, although the move to increase the proportion of secondary industry, but the third industry in our province is still the main industry of rural labor transfer.
