Abstract: Taking the QQJ community for example, this paper introduced how to establish innovation mode of the rural public service communization based on community as a platform, the participation of community residents as the core, construction of efficient operation mechanism, using community social capital extensively and cooperation with the government equally. The research got the enlightenments:playing the role of the government in the communization of rural public services and establishing partnership between government and community, creating the new model of rural public service communization and building effective operation mechanism of rural public service communization, using all kinds of social capital and strengthening multiparty participation of rural public service.
