Abstract: Continuing education is not only the efficient tools of agricultural personnel training and knowledge renewing, but also the key way of improving the qualities of the agricultural administrators. The problems of agricultural administrators continuing education were analysised in this article construtive with experiment and investment on agricultural administrators continuing education training by the researcher. On the other hands, the demands of agricultural administrators continuing education to “Sannong”development were showed. Final, some efficient countermeasures were provided for the sustainable development of agricultural administrators continuing education in Guangdong province.
