Abstract: Skills-training of the migrant workers is the essential part to promote the transfer of rural labor force. The influence factors about the skills-training of the migrant workers were built, on the base of Holton's influence factors of Training Transfer Model,with the establishment of research scales and the empirical surveys. 8 critical factors about the performance of skills-training of the migrant workers were found through the Factor Analysis Method. Path analysis was used to find out the relative importance of the influence factors and how the influence faotors had effects on the performance of the skills-training. The research can provide a reference of improving and reinforcement the skills-training of the migrant workers in Guangdong.
