Abstract: According to the work principle of sisal fiber extractor and actual demand, the 150T type sisal fiber extractor was designed. Sisal fibers of the tip of leaves were firstly extracted and then the root of leaves was the innovative point of the design and this was the main difference to the old sisal fiber extractor. The machine based on a simple principle had the reasonable structure and worked stably and reliably. Compared with old machines, the extraction rate of fiber to 150T type sisal fiber extractor was obviously improved. So this machine was worthy of spreading to application.
