Abstract: The genus Nicandra Adans. (Solanaceae ) and the species（Nicandra physaloides (L.) Gaertn）. were reported as new record naturalized plant from Guangdong province, China. The specimen was deposited in the Plant Herbarium of Forestry College, South China Agricultural University (CANT).
