Abstract: By the instructive rules of Good Agricultural Prcatice of Chinese Crude Drugs (GAP), the all techniques for standard operating procedure(SOP) of Nauclea officinalis in Hainan were investigated, including natural conditions in habitat, cultivars and standard of seedling, cultivation technique, post-harvest processing, packaging, transporting, recording, etc., then established the SOP for Nauclea officinalis in Hainan.
