Abstract: In the light of the current integration of rural villages in our country, this paper analyzed the significance of strengthening rural new community cultural construction as to increase farmer emotional exchanges, to promote the native culture fusion and to content the demand of farmer spirit. On the basis of influential factors of the community culture construction in rural areas under the background of integration of rural villages, from four aspects such as management system, input mechanism, talent construction mechanism, innovation activity forms and establishing evaluation system.
