Abstract: The urban-rural dual economic structure is gradually formed after years of evolution in China，which resulted in inadequate supply of public goods in rural area. Inadequate supply of rural public goods can not meet the farmers'production and living needs. By the field investigation in 156 natural villages and 658 farmers in Hebei province, we found that the supply of rural public goods could not meet farmers'need. At the same time, the farmers' degree of satisfaction and WTP for public goods was rather low. Through analysis the game relations among the farmers, we found that if we want to increase the supply of rural public goods, we should increase government support strength on rural area, clear responsibilities and power in public goods supply and perfect democratic decision system in rural area.
