眼斑星丽鱼(Astronotus ocellatus)的生物学与核型初步研究

    Preliminary study on boilogy habit and karyotype of Astronotus ocellatus

    • 摘要: 对眼斑星丽鱼(Astronotus ocellatus)的形态特征、生活习性、生长特性、繁殖特性等生物学特性及其核型进行初步研究。结果表明,眼斑星丽鱼对温度适应性广,最低耐受温度为11.4℃;耐盐性试验中,幼鱼组和成鱼组达到盐度32 的死亡率分别为23.7%和15.4%。体长和体重的相关关系为:W=0.0911L2.7233(r=0.9612);生长速度快,性成熟年龄为1龄,分批产卵,卵粘性;胚胎发育阶段所需积温为1 466.4℃.h;染色体数目为2n=48,核型公式为4m+20sm+18st+6t,NF=78。

       

      Abstract: The morphological characteristic, living habit, growth, reproductive and karyotype of Astronotus ocellatus were studied and analyzed. Astronotus ocellatus is carnivores. They were able to adapt to a wide range of temperature,even the lowest was 11.4℃. The saulty experiments showed Astronotus ocellatus lived the sault 32, death rate was 23.7% and 15.4%. The relationship between body length and weight of Astronotus ocellatus can be expressed by the equation: W=0.0911L2.7233(r=0.9612). They reached to their first maturity at 1+, and produced spawns many times in one breeding period. The fertilized eggs were demersal and adhesive. The accumulative temperature in embryo period was 1 466.4℃.h. The number of diploid chromosome is 2n=48 and the karyotype formula is 4m+20sm+18st+6t, NF=78.
