降香挥发油的化学成分及抗菌活性研究

    Study on chemical compositions and antibacterial activity of the volatile oil from Dalbergiae odoriferae

    • 摘要: 用水蒸气蒸馏法提取降香挥发油,经GC-MS 分析鉴定出16 个化合物,占挥发油总量的98.04%,其主要成分有氧化石竹烯(54.22%)、7,11-二甲基-10-十二碳烯-1-醇(14.11%)、6,11-二甲基-2,6,10-十二碳三烯-1-醇(10.24%)和橙花叔醇(10.22%)等。同时,测定了挥发油的体外抗菌活性,结果表明,降香挥发油对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)和耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, MRSA)均具有抑制作用。

       

      Abstract: The volatile oil from the heartwood of Dalbergiae odoriferae T. Chen was extracted by hydrodistillation in a Clevengertype apparatus, and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). A total of sixteen compounds, constituting over 98.04% of the total oil, were identified from the volatile oil. The major components of volatile oil were caryophyllene oxide (54.22%), 7,11-dimethyl-10-dodecen-1-ol (14.11%), 6,11-dimethyl-2,6,10-dodecatrien-1-ol (10.24%) and nerolidol (10.22%). In addition, antibacterial activity of the volatile oil was evaluated. The oil showed activity against S. aureus and MRSA.
