Abstract: The hot pepper industry in Guizhou has formed industrial production management, study its developmental strategy has important significances to realize the large scale agriculture industrial management of Guizhou province. This paper summarized that the pepper industry were consisted of pepper planting, pepper product making, pepper deep processing and continue product. Meanwhile, the paper analyzed the respective development survey, superior inferiority and existing problem. The development mentality of pepper industry in Guizhou was also simultaneously proposed. It provided certain theory basis and implementation means for the pepper industry in Guizhou.
