Abstract: The paper reviewed the actuality and characteristics of protection of geographical indications at home and abroad, analyzed the Protection actuality of Forestry products'Intellectual property of Geographical Indications in China, itemized a few cases that Protection of Forestry products'Intellectual property of Geographical Indications could promote the economic development for regions,and discussed the development trend on Protection Geographical Indications of Forestry products. Finally, some suggestions were proffered.
