摘要: “90 后”农民工被称为第三代农民工，他们有着迥异于第一、第二代农民工的特征，其中最典型的特征就是其强烈的市民化诉求。针对这种情况，提出对“90 后”农民工实施有别于以往农民工职业培训的补偿性质的职业教育，使其顺利地实现市民化。育Abstract: The rural laborers bern alter 1990s were called the third generation of rural laborers, they have different characteristics from the first and the second generation of the migrant workers, the most typical feature is the strong demand to became citizen. The paper just for this situation, proposed different compensatory vocational education for the rural laborers bern alter 1990s, to help them become citizen successfully.
