Abstract: With the increased development of network information technology, PS (Personalized Service) is inevitable. This paper introduces the background and signification of researching PS, and analyzes the current state of PS in research and application in the country and abroad, discusses the application of PS on fishery scientific data platform and potential problems, lastly prospects development direction of PS.
