短期饥饿对小鼠不同组织HSP90α表达的影响

    Effects of short-term starvation on the expression of HSP90αin different mice tissues

    • 摘要: 采用Western blot 技术分析了HSP90α在小鼠脑、肝、心脏和肌肉组织的分布以及短期饥饿对HSP90α表达的影响。结果表明,HSP90α在脑组织含量最丰富,肝组织次之,心脏和肌肉组织较少。受饥饿影响,HSP90α在脑组织、肝组织和肌肉组织上调表达。

       

      Abstract: Western blot method was employed to determine the distribution of HSP90αin mice brain, liver, heart and muscle, as well as the effects of short-term starvation on the expression of HSP90α. The results showed that HSP90αwas very rich in mice brain,slight rich in liver, but little in heart and muscle. In response to short-term starvation, HSP90αwas up-regulated expression in mice brain, liver and muscle.
