低温胁迫对贵阳市9 种绿篱植物抗寒性生理生化指标的影响

    Influence of low temperature stress on the physiological and biochemical indices of cold-resistance on 9 hedge in Guiyang

    • 摘要: 选取贵阳市露地生长3年以上的9种常见绿篱植物,测定不同低温(0℃、-5℃、-10℃、-15℃)处理下各植物叶片的相对电导率、可溶性蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、SOD 活性、POD 活性、MDA含量等7 个生理生化指标的变化,并通过隶属函数法进行抗寒性综合评价,结果显示,9种绿篱植物抗寒能力排序为:红花檵木>南天竹>狭叶十大功劳>小叶女贞>小叶黄杨>火棘>迎春>六月雪>洒金桃叶珊瑚。

       

      Abstract: The present experiment was conducted to study the physiological and biochemical indices of cold-resistance on 9 hedge in Guiyang. The 9 common hedge grown in Guiyang exposed for more than 3 years. The relative electrolyte leakage percentage, the content of soluble protein, proline and MDA, the activities of SOD and POD were determined under the treatments of low -temperature. A comprehensive evaluation of cold-resistance was given based on subordinate function value analysis. The results showed that the order of cold-resistance was Loropetalum chinense>Nandina domestica>Mahonia fortunei>Ligustrum quihoui>Buxus sinica>Pyracantha fortuneana>Jasminum nudiflorum>Serissa serissoides>Aucuba japonica.
