我国烤烟主产区不同种类烤烟有机酸含量分析

    Contents analysis of different types of organic acids from the main producing areas of domestic flue-cured tobacco

    • 摘要: 系统分析了2009 年全国5省(区)烟叶主产区生产的120 个烤烟复烤烟叶样品中总挥发酸、半挥发性酸(高级脂肪酸)和非挥发性酸含量。其中,各产区总挥发酸含量由高到低依次是广西>湖南>云南>湖北>贵州,半挥发性酸含量由高到低依次是云南>湖南>贵州>湖北>广西,非挥发性酸含量由高到低依次是广西>湖北>湖南>贵州>云南;各产区中部烟叶总挥发酸和半挥发性酸含量均高于上部烟叶,非挥发性酸含量不随着烟叶部位变化而呈现规律性的变化。

       

      Abstract: The contents of total volatile acids, semi-volatile acids (higher fatty acids) and non-volatile acids in 120 flue-cured tobacco leaves grown in domestic 5 provinces in 2009 was analyzed synthetically. Thereinto, the contents of total volatile acid in tobacco leaves of these main areas from high to low were Guangxi>Hunan>Yunnan>Hubei>Guizhou, the semi-volatile acids were Yunnan>Hunan>Guizhou>Hubei>Guangxi, the non-volatile acids were Guangxi>Hubei>Hunan>Guizhou>Yunnan. The contents of total volatile acids and semi-volatile acids in middle leaves was higher than upper leaves, there is no regular changes of non-volatile acids contents and leaf position.
