摘要: 从被废油长期污染的土壤中分离出一株酶活力大于5 U/mL的菌株,经16S rRNA鉴定,确定为铜绿假单胞菌属,命名为Pseudomonas aeruginosa B6.经发酵优化,取得其最佳发酵培养基与条件:葡萄糖0.4％、酵母粉0.7％、硫酸铵0.7％、七水硫酸镁0.1％、磷酸氢二钾0.1％；接种量为9.5％；起始pH值为6.5；温度为30℃,为脂肪酶发酵生产奠定了基础.
