真空冷冻干燥法和自然干燥法对鱼腥草药学品质的影响比较

摘要: 以胡椒内酰胺、芦丁和葡萄糖为指标,采用紫外分光光度法比较真空冷冻干燥法和自然干燥法对鱼腥草中多糖、黄酮、生物碱含量的影响,结果表明,真空冷冻二燥法加工的鱼腥草中多糖、黄酮、生物碱的含量高于自然干燥法.说明真空冷冻干燥法能较大限度地保证鱼腥草的药效.
