三种文心兰切花瓶插特性比较及保鲜配方筛选

    Vase-life Performance of Cut Flowers from Three Oncidium Cultivars and Screening of Preservative Solutions

      目的 以文心兰(Oncidium hybridum)切花品种‘蜜糖’‘柠檬黄’‘南茜’为试验材料,比较不同品种瓶插期观赏品质与衰老特性,并筛选瓶插表现最优品种,进一步探究不同保鲜剂配方对其瓶插寿命及品质的影响,为文心兰切花保鲜应用提供依据。
      方法 通过瓶插试验,测定3个品种的衰老进程、瓶插寿命、鲜质量变化、水分吸收、花蕾及小花开放率、小花脱落率等指标;基于品种比较结果,选用表现最佳的‘柠檬黄’进行不同瓶插液处理试验,设置对照(去离子水)、5.0 mg/L纳米银(NS)+ 5%蔗糖、0.05 mmol/L硫代硫酸银(STS)+ 5%蔗糖、5.0 mg/L NS + 0.05 mmol/L STS + 5%蔗糖共4个处理,评估各处理对瓶插表现和观赏性状的改善效果。
      结果 3个品种在瓶插寿命、衰老进程及水分平衡方面存在显著差异。‘柠檬黄’瓶插寿命最长、达18.4 d,显著高于‘蜜糖’(14.2 d)和‘南茜’(12.6 d),其鲜质量变化率、吸水量及小花开放率最高,花蕾脱落率最低;‘南茜’萎蔫衰老症状出现最早,瓶插6 d时出现小花轻度皱缩,瓶插16 d时小花脱落率达45.5%,寿命最短。在‘柠檬黄’切花保鲜剂筛选试验中,5.0 mg/L NS + 5%蔗糖处理效果最优,瓶插寿命达27.8 d,显著长于对照(18.4 d)、0.05 mmol/LSTS + 5% 蔗糖处理(19.6 d)及5.0 mg/L NS + 0.05 mmol/L STS + 5%蔗糖处理(20.4 d),且在提高观赏品质、维持鲜质量(瓶插21 d鲜质量变化率维持在95%以上)、改善水分吸收、降低小花脱落率(瓶插24 d时脱落率仅为15.3%)方面均显著优于其他处理。
      结论 3个文心兰切花品种中‘柠檬黄’瓶插表现最优,5.0 mg/L NS + 5%蔗糖可作为该品种高效保鲜配方,能显著延长瓶插寿命并维持优良观赏品质。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective Using three Oncidium hybridum cut flower cultivars 'Sweet sugar', 'Lemon heart', and 'Gower ramsey' as test materials, this study compared their ornamental quality and senescence characteristics during vase life, screened the best-performing cultivar, and further investigated the effects of different preservative formulations on vase longevity and quality. The research provides a basis for cut flower preservation of O. hybrids.
      Method Vase-life experiments were conducted to determine senescence progression, vase life, fresh weight change, water uptake, bud and floret opening rate, and floret abscission rate of the three cultivars. Based on the comparative results, the optimal cultivar 'Lemon heart' was selected for further experiments with four vase solutions: control (deionized water), 5.0 mg/L nanosilver (NS) + 5% sucrose, 0.05 mmol/Lsilver thiosulfate (STS) + 5% sucrose, and 5.0 mg/L NS + 0.05 mmol/L STS + 5% sucrose. The effects of these treatments on vase-life performance and ornamental traits were evaluated.
      Result Significant differences were observed among the three cultivars in vase life, senescence progression, and water balance. 'Lemon heart' exhibited the longest vase life (18.4 d), significantly exceeding 'Sweet sugar' (14.2 d) and 'Gower ramsey' (12.6 d). It also showed the highest fresh weight change rate, water uptake, and floret opening rate, along with the lowest bud abscission rate. 'Gower ramsey' showed the earliest wilting and senescence symptoms: mild floret shrinkage appeared on the 6 d of vase holding, and the floret abscission rate reached 45.5% by the 16 d of vase holding, resulting in the shortest vase life among the three cultivars. In preservative screening for 'Lemon heart', the treatment with 5.0 mg/L NS + 5% sucrose demonstrated the best efficacy, achieving a vase life of 27.8 d, significantly longer than the control (18.4 d), 0.05 mmol/L STS + 5% sucrose (19.6 d), and 5.0 mg/L NS + 0.05 mmol/L STS + 5% sucrose (20.4 d). Additionally, this treatment was significantly superior to the other treatments in improving ornamental quality, maintaining fresh weight (the relative fresh weight change rate remained above 95% on the 21 d of vase holding), enhancing water uptake, and reducing floret abscission rate (the abscission rate was only 15.3% on the 24 d of vase holding).
      Conclusion Among the three Oncidium cut flower cultivars, 'Lemon heart' demonstrated the optimal vase performance. The formulation of 5.0 mg/L NS +5% sucrose serves as an effective preservative, significantly extending vase life and maintaining high ornamental quality.
