鸭坦布苏病毒病的研究进展

    Research Progress in Duck Tembusu Virus Disease

    • 摘要: 鸭坦布苏病毒(Duck Tembusu Virus,DTMUV)病自2010年开始在我国流行,该病能引起蛋鸭产蛋率骤降、肉鸭发育迟缓甚至死亡,给我国养鸭业造成了巨大的经济损失。自该病暴发以来,DTMUV迅速蔓延至我国大部分鸭养殖地区以及临近的东南亚地区。DTMUV宿主范围广泛,除了感染鸭、鹅等水禽和鸡、麻雀等其他禽类外,也可以感染哺乳动物,具有潜在的公共卫生安全风险。近年来研究人员在DTMUV相关的流行病学、与宿主的相互作用机理以及疫苗研制等方面取得了一些进展。综述了DTMUV病原学、流行特点、病毒感染引起的天然免疫反应以及疫苗研制等方面的研究进展,以期为未来DTMUV的深入研究及该病的综合防控提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: Duck Tembusu virus(DTMUV)disease has been an epidemic in China since 2010. The disease can cause a substantial decrease in egg laying and growth retardation even death, and has caused large economic loss to the duck industry in China. Since the first outbreak, DTMUV has spread to most of duck-producing regions in China and Southeast Asia. The DTMUV has wide host ranges, including ducks, geese, chickens, sparrows and even mammals, and it has a potential threat to public health. In recent years, great progresses have been made in studies on epidemiology, the interaction between DTMUV and host, and vaccine development. This review describes the research progress in DTMUV regarding etiology, epidemic characteristics, innate immune responses to DTMUV infection and vaccine research so as to provide references for the in-depth study of DTMUV and the integrated prevention and control of such disease.
