有机肥配施微生物菌剂对贡柑品质、产量和土壤肥力的影响

    Effects of Organic Fertilizer Combined with MicrobialAgents on Quality and Yield of Citrus reticulataBlanco var.Gonggan and Soil Fertility

    • 摘要: 【目的】比较化肥、有机肥和有机肥配施微生物菌剂对贡柑品质、产量及土壤肥力的影响,为贡柑品质改善和贡柑园土壤肥力提升提供科学依据。【方法】设置化肥、有机肥和有机肥配施复合芽孢杆菌处理,对贡柑可溶性糖、可溶性固形物、有机酸、维生素 C、单果重和皮肉比进行比较分析。【结果】与化肥处理相比,有机肥处理和有机肥配施复合芽孢杆菌处理贡柑果实糖酸比分别显著提高 3.1、3.6 个单位,单果重显著提高 10.5、8.9 g,皮肉比显著提高 1.8、1.6 个百分点,显著提高了土壤有机质和碱解氮含量,两年平均增产 9.9%和 17.7%;与有机肥处理相比,有机肥配施复合芽孢杆菌处理有提高贡柑果实品质、产量和土壤养分的趋势,显著提高土壤细菌数量。【结论】有机肥配施复合芽孢杆菌对改善贡柑品质、提高产量和土壤微生物数量有显著促进作用。

       

      Abstract: 【Objective】The effects of chemical fertilizer, organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer combined with application of complex Bacillus sp agent on quality and yield of Citrus reticulata Blanco var.Gonggan and soil fertility under medium soil fertility orchard were studied to provide scientific basis for the improvement of quality of C. reticulata Blanco var. Gonggan and soil fertility.【Method】Three treatments-chemical fertilizer, organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer combined with complex Bacillus sp agent were designed and the soluble sugar, soluble solids, organic acid, vitamin C, single fruit weight and pericarp-pulp ratio of Citrus reticulata Blanco var. Gonggan were compared and analyzed.【Result】Compared with chemical fertilizer treatment, organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer combined with complex Bacillus sp agent could increase the sugar-acid ratio significantly by 3.1 and 3.6,the single fruit weight were increased 10.5 g and 8.9 g significantly while the pericarp-pulp ratio were increased 1.8 and 1.6 percentage poimts.The soil organic matter and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen were increased and the average yield were increased by 9.9% and 17.7% in two years. Compared with organic fertilizer treatment, organic fertilizer combined with complex Bacillus sp agent treatment could improve the fruit quality,yield and soil nutrients and increase number of soil bacteria significantly.【Conclusion】Organic fertilizer combined with complex Bacillus sp agent had a significant effect on improving the quality and yield of Citrus reticulata Blanco var.Gonggan and increasing soil microbial quantity.
